Useless, I wouldn't even go back in to ask the time. Needed a part for my Ford van asked if I could order it was told no I would need to go to Inverness Ford. Went to an independent garage 5 minutes along the road, part ordered will be here within 24 hours.

Took my car in for service and it came out broken! Then they pretty much washed their hands of us, didn't even have the decency to inform us, just told us it was ready to go, only moved it the length of the car to know something wasn't right! Definitely won't be back or recommending them!

Great service today. On a kayak holiday and my car has engine problem . Phoned and they said if I can bring it in that day. Unlikely to be easily contacted by phone I left card payment detail for up to £500 to cover repairs. Super pleased to find out later that day that the dignostic tests said the problem was with a hose which they found and fixed all within the basic diagnostics cost of £84. Fixed and back on the road same day for a lost less than I feared, and now we can make our plans to paddle the Orckay tomorrow. Many thanks Ben Nevis Motors and the very helpful Catriona
