On the day she made everything run so smoothly and all I had to do was to sit back, smile, relax and enjoy our special day, which was incredible. I'm Kate, 35 and from Southampton. I've lived in Hampshire and Sussex most of my life. I worked on cruise ships for four years running the events on board. I moved to Brighton for a company who supplied events and entertainment to a major overseas holiday company. Here I was in charge of the events product, managing the event's coordinators in overseas venues and creating large scale events.
The most stressful times in life are getting married, buying a property and having children. I'm certainly not going to pretend to be an expert on the last two, but on the first, I know my stuff. Let's face it - we're busy. Your magical day is very exciting, but it is also stressful.
Everything has to be just perfect and there is so much for you to think about: the dress, the venue, date, food, drinks, reception, wedding banns, rings, invites, honeymoon, hen/stag do, and that's only the start.I will meet with you, find out what your initial ideas are and identify where you would like some help.

Don't the venues have wedding planners? Venues often have a wedding or event planner, however they have events every week and often there will be a wedding the day after yours or even the same day! While they will give you what they can, they are restricted in how much they can do and will be focusing on a lot of other things at the same time.

We will discuss your needs, find out where you are up to with everything and how I can help you. I will then do you a proposal including costs and forward this to you to decide, no obligation.
On Your Day Package - including go-to person for guests, venue and suppliers and ensuring everything goes to plan. You are both so excited to get married and spend a lifetime together. Though you are concerned by how much planning and work needs to be done to make your dreams a reality. Whether you have three months (I've planned a wedding in this timescale!)

Kate has incredible knowledge of the events and entertainment industry. Her eye for detail is second to none and she is so passionate nothing is ever too much trouble. Kate really knows her stuff when it comes to events organising! I wasn't sure about hiring someone for the job but after seeing her amazing attention to detail and great eye I know I made the right decision! Plus she's really lovely to work with - and I was always kept in the loop with decision making which I wanted. Would totally recommend!

Kate was brilliant at organising my wedding! She kept a happy, yet determined attitude even when I thought it was all going wrong! The venue was gorgeous but not very good and Kate whipped them into shape always making sure my dream wedding was becoming a reality! We have so many happy memories and it’s because we didn’t have to worry about a thing! A top class service!
