Riverbank Woodcrafts manufacture quality hand-made wooden church and needlecraft furniture. Choose from our range of designs or call us for details of our bespoke service. Riverbank Woodcrafts commenced trading in 1992, originally producing needlecraft furniture to local retailers and specialist shops.

We are well established as a church furniture manufacture and have sold our products and completed projects nationwide. We have recently returned to our original premises on the banks of the River Tyne, in north east England; hence the name 'Riverbank Woodcrafts'. Due to the fact that we are a small company, we are flexible enough to offer a bespoke service to manufacture any of our larger items to your dimensions and requirements.
Services
Since 1992 Riverbank Woodcrafts' highly skilled craftsmen, who are trained in the traditional ways of working with wood, have been designing and handcrafting beautiful wooden sewing boxes, footstools, firescreens, piano stools and a varied selection of wooden boxes as well as bespoke church furniture for religious places of worship of all denominations.
The perfect addition to your home, our practical and elegant range of real wood needlecraft storage options will enhance your craft or work area, whilst keeping your cross stitching, embroidery, needlework or any other handicraft equipment and materials, easily accessible in one place.

Choose from a selection of eye-catching, hand-made furniture in different styles and sizes, together with a choice of drawer or tray configurations, hinged lids, plus a wealth of other features necessary to conveniently store or display your needlework designs.
We are often privately commissioned to design and make furniture items for cathedrals, churches and other places of worship. These include different denominations such as, The Church of England; The Church of Scotland; The Salvation Army; The Baptist Church; The United Reformed Church; The Roman Catholic Church; The Methodist Church and several cathedrals and schools.
Please call Ray on the number below to discuss your requirements. He will be able to tell you availability and answer any questions you may have on any of our hand-made products. You can also email, but please be aware that emails are only checked in the evening so we suggest you phone instead for a faster response.
