We secured this contract after working for other members of the family, as part of this contract we carried out all aspects of the finishes and the client could move straight in, we even fixed the curtain poles.
When PD Construction took possession of this derelict site it became apparent that there was a great volume of land fill and that a conventional foundation would not work, we already knew that this was going to be a difficult site as the land was far from level and in-fact sloped away by 1500mm, but with organization, planning and with the co-operation of the ground workers we soon overcame the adverse conditions and constructed a level site with 4700square foot of very attractive commercial premises.
