Services
AWS specialise in the letting, sale, development and acquisition of commercial, industrial, office, retail and warehouse property in Yorkshire and the North of England. There are departments dedicated to investment, professional services, property management and agency. Our Office Department are an informed efficient and effective team with over 25 years experience.
Nick was one of the founding members of AWS Ltd at its inception in 1992 prior to which he was Head of Agency and Development at Houlstons starting work there in 1981. He has advised on a number of significant industrial and office projects in and around the Greater Leeds and West Yorkshire region for the best part of 30 years.
Kevin is one of the founding Directors of AWS ltd and has run the Investment Department since the firm started in 1992. Prior to AWS Kevin ran the Investment Department for a multi office but predominantly Yorkshire based firm. He has now over 20 years experience in Investment Agency with a diverse client base that has resulted in transactional work on a national and regional basis.
Robert joined AWS in 2012 having achieved a BSc Hons in Property Development. He works in the Property Management & Professional Services Department managing the day to day running of a varied client property portfolio across the North of England and also providing professional advice to clients on rent reviews, lease renewals and dilapidations.
Chris works in Property Management & Professional Services Department and is involved in the day to day management of a varied client property portfolio providing advice on leasing and letting and management issues. During his free time Chris enjoys the outdoors; he is an avid fly fisherman, climber and skier.
