Excellent Service from Paul.
After Bike-fitting and discussing Pros & Cons I decided on the CUBE Attention SL"Petrol n Red". Due to Shortages & high demand I had a lengthy wait. But it was worth it. I love the bike and Paul very kindly delivered it himself. He had added a few extras and I am really pleased with the Bike. I woul highly recommend Paul and the staff at The Bike Shop. Popped in with a freewheel/hub problem, thinking my bike would be out of action for a week or two and my wallet would be quite a bit lighter.
Paul was great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There and then he identified the problem and solution and fixed on the spot. Along with another couple of minor tweaks elsewhere on the bike to improve running. All for a small token charge.
Great service, will definitely recommend and return.

I have bought four mountain bikes from this shop, two of which are electric. The price paid for each was very competitive and the after sales service very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am happy to recommend The Bike Shop Scotland.
