Peter came out on agreed date and was running a few minutes late but he phoned and kept me up to date.
He had to replace the lock as it couldn't be repaired which I was expecting. He had already quoted me rough estimate but it turned out slightly cheaper.
He then phoned me when it was done and gave me his details to make payment. I wouldnt hesitate to use him again.
