It is hard to believe that when I came to you with plantar fasciitis in November I was in considerable pain most of the time, and it was often a struggle doing everyday things like walking down the road or getting out of bed in the morning. That seems a bit like a bad dream now, because I am pain free most of the time and able to stand and walk without any discomfort, and things are getting steadily better and better.

Jon.Is.The.Best . I have spent so much money over the years with osteos and chiropractors and no one has done such a good job at pin pointing the cause of pain and then correcting it. Most importantly Jon focusses on putting together a plan to safe guard and eliminate the issue long term rather than just interim pain relief. Shires physio is my go to now and I could not recommend highly enough.

The job I do takes a lot out of my body. Standing for a minimum of 9 hours a day has taken its toll.
Shires Physio have been helping me to keep going. Excellent treatment from Jonathon who has taken time to diagnose my problem. I can throughly recommend Shires Physio to help you.My wife has also had a great experience when Shires Physio helped her post op recovery.
