I chose RBHM over some more local firms (and the anonymous internet options) and very pleased I did. Firstly, Matt, who performed an onsite survey to compile a quote, did a more thorough job than others who surveyed - including checking water flow rate and gas pipe diameters. Then, he followed up with patience and professionalism as I explored different boiler options with him. I received good impartial advice which ensured I was well informed and happy with the choice and recommendation. (The price beating the competition also helped). AVOID!
I have never dealt with this level of poor Customer service! Based RBHM lack of professionaliam we are now really concerned RBHM have left our boiler in a dangerous position with our young children at risk!
RBHM engineer also left water now pouring out, it was previously dripping slowly - god only knows what was done on the inside of the boiler.
I had to call back four times over a period of a week- dispite being told RHHM would call back to speak to me - they still have not even had the decency to call me back!
We will never use RBHM company ever again and will leave honest reviews

Many thanks go to John for getting my boiler working again after a few days without any central heating. Even though it obviously wasn’t as straightforward as it might have been, John managed to keep a smile on his face (most of the time!). He was courteous, cheerful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Excellent service from RBHM!

We recently had our annual boiler servicing. Bruce from RBHM came over and did a fantastic job. He checked everything to ensure it was safe and also explained things while servicing. He was very professional and amicable. I would also like to highlight the amazing job the team did in installing the boiler last year. The team is always eager to assist us whenever we call them. They are a great team and I highly recommend them.
