I arrived unaware that needed to book appointment but rang phone number which was on notice in car park and was told there was a space so went right in, given sample books to browse made my choice and received phone call 2 days later my order was ready, staff very friendly and efficient well pleased

Not sure what some of these reviews about after sale service and price are about. We had vertical blinds around a bay and rollers for the kitchen. Both fitted well and as per the price on the quote. Had a slight issue with a gap to the wall on the end of the vertical blinds. They came out suggested a solution and fitted trims for £10. Excellent customer service.
