This traditional mid terraced property in the heart of Crewe is ideally positioned for easy access to both Crewe railway station and Crewe town centre. The ground floor provides two well proportioned reception rooms and a lovely modern kitchen. There is a tidy yard to the rear of the property. The first floor contains two generous double bedrooms with the family bathroom leading from the rear bedroom.

Over our first 10 years in business we have steadily built up a portfolio of over 250 managed properties. We are located on Nantwich Road which is ideally located in Crewe and a short drive to Stoke On Trent, meaning we can cover a large area of Staffordshire and South Cheshire.
EAZY LETT ARE MEMBERS OF THE CMP ( Client Money Protection ) AND PRS ( property redress scheme). At the point of applying for a property we require a holding deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent. This is an advanced payment toward your first months rent.
This holding fee is non refundable if you decide to pull out of the application however we will refund the holding deposit if your application is declined ( providing all information provided by yourself was truthful ).You will also need to pay your first months rent in advance and a security deposit which will be a maximum of the equivalent of 5 weeks rent.

The staff are always helpful and polite, nothing is to much trouble, they treat you as a person, not an account, if there is a problem the repairs are sorted quickly,
I feel sorry that they have to deal with stupid landlords, like mine, who won't have anything done on the property, that costs him, even though I've been a Tennant for four years and improved the property,
But that's just my landlord, others I know who are with eazilett are amazing,

I have now rented 1 house and one shared accommodation room with this company, Firstly i rented a full house then my circumstances changed and a room with all bills paid suited me better so they kindly moved me from one to another, i rented that for some time but i have now moved out and bought my own property. overall i found Mike and his team very helpful and easy to deal with and both properties that i personally rented were in excellent condition and kept very well maintained. If you are looking to rent then i would defiantly recommend them.

Took a tenancy with this company back in July well I really wish I hadn't bothered firstly I was hounded for a deposit at least three phone calls before I had accepted a room I was also given a different room from what was advertised I was lied to about the other tenants speaking English they didn't!!! Well certainly not in front of me I had a room inspection not even three months living there they only good thing was the shower and bathroom facilities other facilities I didn't even get to use!! Do I recommend eazylett absolutely not!! Avoid at all cost greed greed greed
