PLEASE BE VIGILANT WHEN PLACING ORDERS FROM THIS COMPANY SPECIALLY WHEN ORDERING ONLINE. They lie about their delivery time scale and then have no remorse for their customers. The man with the beard who owns the shop is rude arrogant and mocks customers when things goes wrong. I urge everyone to report to trading standards when they have not followed correct consumer law or protocols.
I understand we all have to make a living but there is a correct and wrong way of doing it. This company should be ashamed of themselves they clearly done value their customers.

My mum ordered from here about 6 years ago and was impressed with the quality. I've now ordered 5 outfits (readymade, unstitched, fancy wear and casual wear) and I am very impressed by the quality and the prices. I ordered on Sunday night and my delivery arrived on Tuesday!

Ordered wedding outfits for my sisters wedding from here awhile back, four outfits priced at 475 pound each. Put down deposit for this and had to wait 8 weeks for this to be made, whist waiting we realised in green street the exact same outfit was being sold for half the price we we asked for some kind of discount or at least a kinder gesture as we were spending so much. I wouldn’t have minded a simple no, but the owner of this shop, the way he treated us for asking for discount was astounding, he was rude and told us to go there without any refund and outfits. Obviously we still had to proceed

I needed to get an outfit to attend a wedding (I'm not Asian and had no idea what to get or what would be appropriate) added with the fact that I'm tall it was just an impossible situation. The staff were so helpful and showed us lots of different outfits I could wear. They also helped me find something that would suit my height and pointed out types of outfits that wouldn't work.
