Denmans of Whitchurch Ltd are a long established (84 years to date) removals, storage and haulage company based in Whitchurch, Shropshire, United Kingdom. Now in its third generation, this quality family business is very proud of its history and excellent reputation. In 1925, Fred Denman founded his removal and haulage business in partnership with his brother Jack.

With Fred's eye for a business and Jack's farming connections, the business grew rapidly. By 1935, the company had purchased the Raven Garage, Heath Road, and were operating from this centre. In 1938, the business moved to premises behind the White Lion Hotel in Green End, Whitchurch in order to accommodate an expanding fleet.

Home/House Removals Report

In the first instance, please call our office and request a 'free Quotation'. An appointment will then be made for our removals surveyor to visit you in order to make a professional assessment of your requirements, the level of service you require, and the quantity of furniture and effects to be moved.

Packing Services Report

All packing is carried out to your requirements. We can carry out a bespoke 'Full Packing Service', whereby our trained crews will professionally wrap and pack into suitable cartons all china, glassware, ornaments, kitchen sundries, books, linen, clothing, and other 'loose' effects.

Alternatively, we can carry out a part packing service such as a 'Fragile only Pack', whereby we pack all china and glass and ornaments, and the client attends to the packing of everything else such as books, linen and other loose sundries.

Junk & Rubbish Removal Report

Here at Denmans, we also offer professional junk and rubbish removal for home and business alike. Our 'Green Machine' Waste Removal service provides a hassle-free, cost-effective alternative to skip hire and operates in conjunction with our Removals and Haulage services. Rates are from as little as 10.00 +VAT!

Could not ask for a better move. From the moment we first asked them to call and quote to the time they left after a day of packing and a further day of moving us everything was perfect. Efficient, professional, friendly and helpful - what more could you want. The booking process was easy and friendly and the movers were hard working but slow so the move ended up taking longer than anticipated (and therefore costing more) which was fine but I was unhappy that they had lost part of my dogs feeding bowl apparatus and part of my sons highchair. They confirmed they had the highchair legs and would send but after 5 weeks of chasing I have still not received and so have had to buy a new highchair/dog feeding bowl apparatus which they have not offered to reimburse me for
