You can make a claim online 24/7 via our online claims portal. You will need your policy number to log a claim. Please ensure you have followed our procedures for blacklisting and reporting a lost or stolen device before making your claim. Details of these can be found in your Policy T&Cs. Claims are handled by Taurus Insurance Services Limited on behalf of the underwriters and iSmash Insurance.
Important note: For any claim for theft or loss, or where the incident occurs within the first 31 days of the initial policy inception date an additional excess is payable over and above the standard excess as detailed. Monthly policies: As per your Certificate of Insurance, if you have chosen a Monthly Policy it will continue until you cancel your policy with us by written confirmation.

Took my Samsung galaxy S8+ in for battery replacement and front camera repair, as soon as the parts arrived, as they had to be ordered, I went in and was all done in about 40 mins. Very fast and professional and uses genuine Samsung batteries unlike some other places that will try to sneak a fake one in. Also cleaned my charger and aux ports all for £85

Excellent repair to my 10.5 iPad pro. Very honest and up front that replacement parts are not Apple OEM, however I can confirm they are very high quality. My new screen is not discernibly different from the one that got smashed. Uniformity and colours are fantastic, 120 Hz still works, TruTone still works and contrary to what they told me, the Apple pencil still functions perfectly. Dropped off around 10am and he had it fixed in < 2 hrs. Excellent service.

Azhar was very professionally and friendly, I handed my phone in before my scheduled appointment and he had it finished for me by the time I arrived for the actual booking. He cleaned my phone and speakers free of charge, as well as giving me a discount on the tempered glass screen protector. Would definitely recommend his services.

Azhar replaced my OnePlus 7 Pro Battery and he did a fantastic job. He was friendly and professional and completed it in under an hour. He showed me how badly damaged my previous battery was so I'm glad I replaced it when I did. He explained they use original parts so you know you're getting a quality replacement.
There was a slight issue ordering my part as I paid online but the part request was never sent to the Nottingham store, but I phoned up and Azhar fixed this within 2 weeks. Really great service! Thank you☺️

I went to a local repair store who have so far taken two weeks (and counting) to get the parts to repair my phone. iSmash had their hands on the parts within four days, and took less than two hours to repair my phone which so far works perfectly. The store is very nice and the repairman was incredibly friendly and honest. Do things right and use your phone's official repair partner.

They assessed my phone and repaired it in the space of 45 minutes which was impressive considering they were changing two components to it. The phone's casing has also come together perfectly. Very professional service and will be using them again if I need further repairs.

Broke my phone at night, cracked the screen, couldn't see what was on the screen, broke the front camera and face ID was not working. So I booked an appointment for the next day took it in, 40 minutes later phone was fixed and it better condition than when I first got it. Price was fair, Azhar was very friendly and worked fast and at good quality, could not be more happy with it.
