Physiotherapy helps restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability, by using exercise, manual therapy, electrotherapy, acupuncture, education and advice. So often we are hearing of patients who are struggling with their condition which hasn't recovered with advice and exercises as provided by their local hospital.

Pilates has become a very popular exercise system. It focuses on stretching and strengthening the body, with particular emphasis on the core muscles of the torso. This can result in improving balance, muscle strength, flexibility and posture. The system was developed by Joseph Pilates from Monchengladback in Germany.

I came here when I had a slipped disc back in March, it was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my life and I was at a loss at what to do.
I had two sessions with the chiropractor and he was a miracle worker, I was so impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the pain I was in and his after care guidance too.
I thought I’d be in pain for months but after a week or so it was completely gone, I’d come back here in a second if I needed a chiropractor again.

I saw Julie as I was having a lot of pain in my shoulder and was beginning to get limited movement. After a few sessions of Physio Julie diagnosed a frozen shoulder and recommended a procedure called Hydrodilatation. I had the procedure and continued to see Julie as and when I needed to, which helped to loosen the shoulder and reduce the pain. I had around 7 sessions with Julie after the procedure and now my shoulder is pain free with full movement. I would definitely recommend this clinic, the physio's and reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient of the Iveson Clinic for over 6 years and can not function without Richard Iveson. I suffer from spondylolisthesis at L5/S1 and his treatment, support and professional care is first class. Unfortunately, I live with flare ups and with Richard in my life I am able to lead a normal existence. If you have any kind of pain, strain or a chronic condition like mine I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Thank you Richard for everything you do for me.
