BAD SERVICE, I paid in full for my home insurance on the 16th April, they said they would put it in the post, Phoned on the 23rd April they said it had been delayed with posting because of the Easter Hols. Phoned again on 26th April, they said it was in the post and I should receive it the next day, No insurance certificate in the post today. I have been waiting now 12 days for my insurance, my insurance is due to be renewed on 30th April. They also said the would email a copy to me which I have not received. I wish I had not paid for the insurance before receiving it, but as I had used them before

Not good. Had to go to post office to get renewal quote as they hadn't put stamps on their mail. L
Rude lady at their office when I called said I should take the £2 fee for getting my letter up with the post office when it's not the post office fault!! Then she went on to say they use a franking machine. They clearly don't.!!!
I said I don't want to renew with you. She was very rude and hung up on me.
Never again.
