Fan Engineering (Midlands) Limited provide a range of services for the repair, renovation and replacement of all makes of existing fans, and on site maintenance and balancing service. We can balance on site all makes and types of fan, We use a portable Shenck Vibro test machine, and carry out a full dynamic balance.
Backward bladed fans are the workhorse of industrial fans and can be used in a wide variety of applications. They can handle light dust loads, have a high peak efficiency and a non overloading power characteristic. We manufacture a range of standard diameters from 250 mm to 2130 mm, and four standard widths, the BL100, BL70, BL50 & NP/BC.
Impellers - Adjustable pitch blade mounted in a aluminium hub. We can also supply fixed pitch mild steel & stainless steel impellers. Motors - A wide range of motors are available, three phase, single phase, hazardous area etc, all conforming to modern European standards. Finish - As a standard, cases are de-greased, primed and finished with a top quality paint.
