Extremely poor customer service. I brought the push and fix fittings having seen their impressive video and claims that it sticks to any surface!
Both fixings in the pack fell off my door causing my new Christmas wreath to break. They then used a poor excuse that the surface (my internal door) wasn’t a flat surface! They also suggested I try hanging the wreath on a tiled surface. I’m not sure if they think that hanging a wreath in a bathroom or kitchen is normal?!
They refused to pay for my broken wreath and offered to send me new push and fix pack. Again I’m not sure why they would want

I bought the 'mighty big extendable duster' today from my local garden centre because I was convinced by the video on the stand. However, the duster is useless when extended because there is no locking mechanism, so when you want to dust in a tight space for example, it contracts. Also, the duster swings around when trying to dust high up because the angle cannot be fixed. I was surprised when I saw the price. Having got it home and tried it, I now realise why it's so cheap. It's a bendable microfibre duster on the end of a car aerial. Really disappointing. I also bought a squidgy thing but haven
