Pat and the team has been brilliant. We are back in our home after a large scale upgrade and they have done a great job.
Great communication throughout and an eye for detail.
Pat clearly takes pride in the final finish and wanted it to be right for us. It has taken a lot of the stress out of the process.

O’Donnell Building Services Ltd
Pat was recommended to me by a fellow professional for a tender list for a fairly large remodelling and two storey extension project in Blackhall Edinburgh. Quite a complicated build.
He was awarded the project and promptly issued a programme and agreed the contract sum.
The project was finished on time and on budget and was finished to a very high standard. Pat and his team were very easy and a pleasure to deal with and I cannot speak highly enough of him.
I can highly recommend O’Donnell Building Services Ltd and look forward to working again with him.
