Deposits are limited to 5 weeks rent and this amount will apply. Holding deposits of one weeks rent are requested and they will be returned if references fail. Should references be passed and the tenant withdraw through their own choice the holding deposit will not be returned. Descriptions of the property are subjective and are used in good faith as an opinion and NOT as a statement of fact.
Buying or selling a property is likely to be one of the most important and expensive transactions you will make. With this in mind we aim to make the whole process as smooth as possible from the moment we begin marketing a property through the stages of negotiation and then progressing the sale to its completion.
Do not put 'Blu Tac' or similar substances on walls or doors. This is an oil based product and any costs for rectifying the damage will be at the tenant's expense. Clean the property carefully throughout the tenancy and at the end of the tenancy. Any damage to walls or carpets etc, caused by cleaning will be the responsibility of the tenants.
Franklin Gallimore manage properties across Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Shropshire providing quality accommodation ranging from studio apartments to large houses in some of the most desirable locations in the West Midlands. Our tenants range from professional individuals, people relocating companies and public sector organisations.

Tried enquiring about several properties, no response, no response, no response. Sort your business out. Terrible customer service.

Astoundingly poor service. My daughter phoned on Monday to book a viewing, come Thursday she'd heard nothing. We contacted them to find that apparently there had been an offer put in even before my daughters call, but this was not told to her. This is not our first dealings with Gallimores, we had the misfortune to use them 3 years ago. They are really poor with giving out information, contacting and updating and general overall service. I think that if we see a property for sale with these people again, then we'll knock on the door of the house and ask to view and tell the people about why we

Very unhelpful and arrogant attitude. Tried to arrange a viewing of a property to be let. They failed to send me the application form and when I chased it up, there were no more viewings. No apology. If this is their attitude towards potential tenants they can forget it.

Dont touch this estate agents if you ate selling a property. They do not support you by negotiating a fair price you are left on your own. When my sale was agreed they omitted to inform me that the buyers were going travelling had i known i would not have agreed the sale. 15weeks down the line i am nearing completion. I will be making formal complaints.

Very poor experience after 4 years as a tenant. Initially, they simply never spoke to me at all which I suppose is a good thing. But the hot water cylinder regularly leaked into a light fitting in the room below which was interesting. It seemed that they took their fee but did no work.
Just finished a tenancy and it has been a horror story. Told them I was having a cashflow crisis and they simply buried their head in the sand then told me to vacate the house when I was only 4 days late on rent (3 months after the warning I might be!)
Then decided to go anyway and offered to move out on a date
