Went to the city of London branch with a partnership dispute. At first they showed a lot of interest in taking my case on, told me there’s so many options to deal with my business partners etc, took 5k in advance and then the work slowed down significantly. They realised I was vulnerable and took advantage. Was more disappointed with Tony Christodoulides and Ian Chai than my business partners whom I’m in a major dispute with. At the end I just walked away, lost 5k and time.

I have been trying to get into contact with a solicitor (CROUCH END OFFICE) for the last four days regarding a legal concern I have. Upon calling the receptionist I keep on being fed absolute false promises that someone will call me back "in the morning" or "during the afternoon" with no success - absolutely unprofessional if you cannot provide me with a service I rather your team communicate to me that no one is available absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE - PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE TOLD THAT SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN THE SAME DAY AND THERE'S A 99.9% CHANCE

They are not cheap but .i had a very bad experience with them. It took them so long to finish the job and i have never come a cross proper solicitor in this firm they always using trainees from the beginning to end and during 9 month the employee which responsible for my case changed 4 times at the end job done but i had to loose 3 to 4 month of rent because if they have done the job earlier i didn't have to pay rent because i could pay for the mortgage insted.

I was fortunate to work with Mark Barnett and his trainee solicitor, Gordana, while applying for my UK visa. They were both thoughtful, well-versed in the nuances of immigration law, and quick to respond to my (many) emails and calls.
Mark has been practicing for something like 25 years and seems to have the business down to a science. He and Gordana give you a simple paperwork check-list and questionnaire, go over your documents with you (Mark's a Notary Public too. Time saver.), and will even fill out the application for you on the UKBA website if you'd like.
