I've used Zoom Cars for a number of years for station runs, to hospital /medical centres (these have been to Colchester, Braintree, Bury St Edmunds) and to take my wife and I to Tilbury or St Pancras to start our hoildays, when lugging luggage is a chore and a bore. When an ambulance wasn't available at about 1am in the morning to take me to A&E in Colchester - I had a suspected stroke - , Zoom provided a car - no problem.
I've found that nothing is too much trouble for Zoom - they are punctual, and courteous, and drive spacious and comfortable cars.
They are the 'Best of the Best'!

Excellent service and driver was very kind. We do not live in this area and was down for a wedding. There was quite a lot of weddings and festivals on and all cabs were fully booked but he made sure we were okay. I would definitely recommend this company.
