Dean and Darren provide some great service. I had two large skips delivered and collected within a week. I needed some urgent fast support and they delivered every time. highly reliable and supportive team. I will use Green Waste Limited again (originally recommended by by Architect)

Appalled at how rude and unhelpful they’ve been on multiple occasions. Final straw today when they actually hung up on me while I was mid way through explaining what I required. No replies to any emails or to messages I’ve sent via their contact form and yes, I’ve check my junk box in case it was sent there, nothing. Supposedly their website has been down and their email address and contacts form out of action for several months now? The company also appear to be driving whilst on the phone, something which I am sure is illegal, I make this assumption as driving a lorry was the excuse given

One of the naughtiest company who doesn't know how to deal with the customer's queries.
They can dump the junk on all sides of your drive like a rat.
Customer care department is rather rude. Don't waste your time with them.
I appreciate that some builders can overfill the skip but that doesn't mean that you will take your frustration out like this and abuse customers over the phone.
