All of my bodybuilding trophies fell off a shelf after it gave way, I was absolutley gutted as they are representative of my athletic life's work, including British and World Champion trophies. After a google search I found Alpha Trophies of Taunton and asked if they could fix them for me but I didn't hold out much hope. After having them for several months painstakingly pinning, drying, re-modeling, molding and painting again they have worked a miracle! I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from start to finish ,- Was unsure if older trophies could
be restored to former glory and have old engraving removed/ replaced – Stuart explained the process from start to
finish and delivered 3 like new trophies exactly as promised on the date he had indicated – The quality of the
trophies returned was fantastic – Will use these guys again !!!

Alpha Trophies offered exceptional advise and understanding of the leagues need to repair & refurbish a 95 year old trophy.
Other companies had either declined to carry out the repair, or charged an exorbitant price for the work to be subbed out to Goldsmiths in Birmingham, in a timescale that was unacceptable.
Alpha Trophies offer a very good Customer Service.
Would use again.

Phoned up to make a simple enquiry in the hope I could get a particular gift item engraved. The tone and reply from the person who spoke to was atrocious, really made me feel like a fool for having a query. Steer clear of this place and try somewhere else instead.

Sent in a trophy that was basically ruined with uneven engravings, mismatched fonts and a snapped handle caused by a poor engraver. I spoke with a number of different places all of whom said they could not fix the trophy as it was a single piece and silver plated. Alpha (Stu specifically) fixed this quickly and for a reasonable price. Genuinely happy with the outcome!
