As you may have heard, we have recently moved premises to our new office and unit on Parc Melin, Glanyrafon Industrial Estate. Services
We cover all of Mid and West Wales from Cardigan in the south to Barmouth in the north, and as far east as Llanidloes. This is our main service area, but if you live outside this area, please give us a call anyway as we are very flexible and are happy to help wherever we can. The actual time will depend on when you call and the availability of an engineer, so please check when you phone.
We provide a complete range of plumbing services, from complete bathroom and kitchen installations to taps, tiling and general repairs. We maintain the highest standards of workmanship throughout, with the minimum amount of inconvenience or disturbance to you. For general or emergency repairs our highly trained engineers provide a fast call-out service.
All gas appliances in a tenanted property must be checked for gas safety every 12 months or when a new tenant moves in. This is the Law in the UK. We will carry out the required safety checks on all the gas appliances and issue you with a Landlord Gas Safety Record Form/certificate which must be given to the tenant in the property and especially to new tenants before they are about to occupy any premises.

I have had cause to need the services of Matt Davies Plumbing & Heating on multiple occaisions over the past 6 months and have found them to be consistenly professional and concientious. They really put the customer first and make sure that you are completely happy with the work they have carried out. I would highly recommend them if you want a company that cares.

Fabulous advice on heating systems when mine gave up the ghost. Installation was quick and the boys were very tidy and cleared everything up afterwards.

Call out was unfortunately not needed and no work was done, so the engineer was in the house for 5 or so mins, engineer was nice, and mentioned not to worry and that there would be no charges. I knew there would be a call out charge so this was misleading and so when I asked the owner about what was said, I got shouted at and told we are not a charity. Very unprofessional way to speak to someone especially as I’ve been in a very hard spot at the moment and I’ve had to borrow money to pay. Speaking to my brother who owns a boiler company, the call out charge was quite high for just a call out
