Dan is excellent. If you need your Mac repairing go and see Dan. He's quick, offers excellent advice and is reasonable cost.

Took my 3 year old Macbook Pro to them and after diagnostics, they put the case to apple that there was a fault with the GPU and screen and got it all repaired under the consumer protection law. Great service and knowledge and all done in under two weeks. Thank you very much

Absolutely cracking service everytime we've had issues with our Macs. Dan is always super helpful and a delight to deal with. The work carried out is quick, thorough and means we can get back to business quickly. They also do upgrades and have sped up 3 of our Macs now. Great company!

Wasn't sure about using anyone but Apple themselves to repair my MacBook but Grafx are fantastic!
Dan replaced my screen under Apple warranty and sorted a key issue for me, super quick service and will be where i go in the future for Apple repairs.

WOW, what a great company to deal with. Apple support told me possibly hard drive gone, ugh loads of money? But these guys checked everything out and only charged me for a factory reset, my iMac is as good as new thanks to them, they could have ripped me off so easily. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks GRAFX I will always use you.

If you have problems with your computer or need a new one, or having trouble setting something up on your computer, these are the people you need, they have a wonderful team, and can sort you out and if you have a monthly contract with them they'll even sort out your problems if you're overseas! Thoroughly recommend this company.

I took my water damaged Macbook Pro in for assessment and repair, all very professional and proper. Was charged a fee of £50 just for taking it apart.. Next, was quoted £723.90 for repair. So I didn't return.. Went to a reputable shop near Stroud and was charged a fee of £45 for repair. Quite simply Grafx wanted to replace the logic board and top case. All it needed was its battery terminals brushed and dried and it came to life! Their team really needs to be more careful in the future to not misdiagnose a problem and charge extortionate rates to customers. Perhaps be more logical with your

I took my apple laptop in and was seen to straight away by a guy called Chris. I talked through the problem with him and it was apparent from the advice he gave that he really knew his stuff. As well as providing valuable free advice, he carried out some software and hardware diagnostics for a very reasonable price and came back to me the same afternoon. I would thoroughly recommend Grafx on the basis that they are significantly cheaper, faster and more helpful than any high street providers I have used previously.
