Our office and Chapel of repose are located on Haigh Road, Aspull, Wigan. Can You Be Contacted Day Or Night? Yes, we are always available - You can Contact Us 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Do You Offer Pre Paid Funeral Plans? Yes, we offer the "The Golden Charter" pre-paid funeral plan. This plan enables you to cover your funeral cost in advance but at today's prices.
Everyone at Bolton's Funeral Service would like offer their condolences to you and your and your family at this sad time. Although this is a time of grief and sadness, unfortunately there are a number of practical issues that need to be addressed. Realising that it may be difficult to retain this information in your mind at his time, we offer this short guide to support you through this process.
Well I can honestly say that this is a task I thought I would never have to do. But, as we have learned recently, life is indeed extremely fragile and very precious. Dealing with the sudden, traumatic loss of my dear wife Sharon, myself, my daughters Levi and Kara and everyone else from Sharon's family and close network of friends were forced into a situation that we never thought would occur at a tender age.

Outstanding! This is the second time I have used Bolton’s and I will continue to do so. During difficult times it is gratifying to know that from the first meeting, Janet, John and Caris take care of absolutely everything down to the smallest detail with upmost understanding and respect. Whatever your wishes, they make it happen, stress free. They are truly a credit to the profession!

Bolton’s funerals - Janet, John and Caris are exceptional funeral directors. My Dad passed away at the beginning of the pandemic after a long illness. They treated everyone with dignity, care and respect like you are part of the family. Dad got the send off he deserved during a very difficult time. Thankyou x

Please take 2 minutes of your precious time to read this precious story. We had the most lovely service with Bolton’s funerals, they went above and beyond for our little girl. We found out our little girl was very poorly and only had 12 weeks with her before she left us. Janet and her team were amazing they even came in to the chapel on a bank holiday for me to see my beautiful daughter before we had to say goodbye forever. They were so helpful , organised and sympathetic to us, they’re so caring with everything they do. We’ll forever come back to Bolton’s funerals. They’re a family run
