The wedding photos were stunning! He just made us look happy, captured all those important moments, and it was fun and relaxed. The fireworks and sparklers were magical shots. From the way he relaxed us, to the way he quietly went about documenting the wedding without any fuss. Our photos are fabulous.
Photos are judged at the highest level by a jury consisting of experienced international wedding photographers. This prevents photographers with a large social network gathering more votes for their photo. Wedisson Awards are the home of the best wedding photographs from all over the world. This year I was awarded number 1 photographer of the year, after picking up the most awards through 2018.
At your wedding I will focus on telling the story of your day in an authentic and creative way. I won't interfere with what is happening around me and let your day unfold naturally - the way you intended. I look to capture those real moments that reveal themselves at every wedding - unique to you, your family and your guests, stitching these together to make your wedding day story emotive and real.
I live in a beautiful village called Chalfont St Giles in Buckinghamshire with my wife Philippa and our Spanish Water Dog, Huxley. We moved into the area in 2018 after living in London most of our lives, trading the hustle and bustle for village life with fresh air and miles of walks. I never really set out to be a photographer but my career paths have led me to this happy place.
If you're a little camera shy then it's worth considering an engagement or pre-wedding shoot to settle your nerves and get you more comfortable in front of camera. It's a great way for the three of us to get to know each other and shed any anxiety you may have around being in front of the camera.

We couldn't be more thrilled with Damion and the photos he's produced from the day. We love his style of capturing the day, all little moments that could potentially be missed but now we have to hold onto forever. Brilliant feedback after the wedding with some early sneak peak images, followed by a slideshow and then the final gallery.

Working with Damion was an absolute please from start to finish. I was very pedantic about the style of photography for our big day and came across Damion after seeing some of his amazing work at other events. Damion was originally booked to come out to our wedding in Italy.. until the pandemic hit. Damion truly made the situation as easy as possible for us and we kept in touch while we postponed twice and eventually took the decision to do something different in the Lake District. Damion worked with us to create the most amazing portfolio of images for us and really felt like one of the family

We first came across Damion when we were searching for a wedding photographer over the internet and we immediately loved his style of photography. After talking to a no of different photographers it was quite clear that Damion's professionalism, warmth and style were exactly what we were looking for. We were lucky enough to have Damion shoot our wedding day in July and he did an amazing job capturing all of the emotions and moments between friends and family throughout the day. Damion was absolutely wonderful on our wedding day. He was very happy to go with the flow (as there was no set order of events) and I had several guests comment how excellent Damion was at fitting in with the guests without being intrusive at all. He managed to capture every moment perfectly, including a highly questionable attempt at a "Dirty Dancing lift and the best man collecting a rogue football in waist high nettles. If you are looking for a photographer who takes the most amazing candid photos – Damion is your man. I agree with all the other comments about Damion on google reviews. You are in safe hands as he is an expert in his craft. The photographer is one of the biggest wedding expenses, but in my opinion, worth paying as the photos are treasured life long memories.
