When other plumbers on Checkatrade did not want to know and said 'can't see you for 2-3 weeks as busy, Marc was excellent gave me his time (even thought he was very busy) and came around the next day to see the problem. He was very honest and ordered the part needed and told me his price which was very reasonable.

Watermarcs were very responsive to my initial boiler service request, providing dates and quote for service. Marc arrived promptly, completed the job with the minimum of mess and left the place clean when he finished. Great job, thanks. I'll use them again.

Appointment was arranged and we completed all the preparation for the firm to come Telephoned me in the morning said he was lost asked him where he was and he was miles away from me tried to give him directions but he lost patience and told me he didn't want to do the job and was very rude. Tried to phone him back including the office several times, you can't do business with firms like this and I hope others take note

Called Watermarcs last week , as had problems with our heating system , initially spoke to Edwina who was helpful, professional and friendly.
She gave good advise for the interim and arranged for Marc to come out and deal with the problem. Marc arrived on time and looked at our issue, he
explained in layman terms and gave us choices and went on to fix our problem. We can highly recommend Watermarcs Heating & Plumbing , an honest professional company a real refreshing change to meet someone that cares about customer service.
