Before we approached Interior Decisions, we had spoken to another firm and were not getting clear answers.
We spoke to James and the communication and professionalism in approach was head and shoulders above many other firms we have been dealing with. I cannot praise him enough.
We then had an issue with Supply chain on the floor we wanted. Not their fault but they communicated well.
We then had to change flooring and James and Dave pulled out all the stops to fit us in around other jobs. This was not easy as their diary was blocked. James put together a schedule and unlike every other builder

James and the team were excellent from start to finish. They fitted new carpet to 3 bedrooms, the living room, stairways and hallways, and I am overjoyed with the result. James' customer service was excellent and he was quick to respond to any queries I had along the way, and the fitters that carried out the work were so helpful and pleasant and tidied up along the way. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to have their carpets done 👍

James and his team completed installing a carpet runner to our staircase. From the start James was very accommodating in setting up a meeting and getting a quote to us very quickly and efficiently. He offered valuable insight and helpful advice as to the best product for us liaised with suppliers to get us the best value. Excellent service throughout our business with Interior Decisions

James and his staff have just completed a great job for us, involving Karndean glue down flooring across our entire downstairs area. Despite the difficulties of lockdown and a late change of plan on our part, James kept us informed the whole way - even coming out to see us on a Sunday to give us some advice & guidance. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to use this business again.
