After 13 years working in the screen printing trade our Managing Director, Rob Tapp, took the decision in 1996 to start his own business. From humble beginnings, RT Screen & Design Ltd has branched out into all forms of sign manufacture, and we are pleased to supply signs, banners, stickers, vehicle and window graphics to businesses all over the South West of the country and beyond.

We are experienced in the production of all manner of signage from smaller swing, pivot and pop-up signs to pole-mounted and shop front signs.
In response to today's expectations for high resolution digital graphics on signs, displays and vehicle livery, we are pleased to be able to offer full colour digital printing for interior and exterior use onto paper, self-adhesive vinyl, banner and mesh materials. We have two wide format digital printers, capable of printing up to 1600mm wide by any length.
Vehicle advertising is proven to be one of the most rewarding ways of attracting customers - a potential 24 hr billboard. We can help turn your vehicle into a striking promotional tool, allowing you to advertise your business wherever you go. As an alternative to digital printing, or when a larger quantity may be required, screen printing remains a cost effective, durable and versatile method for producing quality point of sale products, estate agent boards, stickers and site boards, etc. In fact, as long as the material is flat, we can probably print on it using this method!
At RT Screen we are frequently approached to provide window graphics for office and shop fascias. Some of our clients are looking to advertise in their windows: this may take many forms, from simple one colour text to promote a special offer, to bright and eye-catching images in many colours. Many clients like to incorporate their company name or logo, and this can be produced in elegant glass etch vinyl for a stunning but simple visual display.

"Our ocean rowing boat is such an important part of our team as we prepare for the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2018. Getting the signage right was vital, especially as it reflects our relationship with our charities that we are raising money for and our sponsors that have helped to fund our campaign.
