For over a decade I have worked in the food industry developing new recipes and overseeing their production for sales in all the major food chains. I have combined my years of expertise in food management and working as a professional chef to bring together a series of mouth watering menus to suit any and all occasions.

I can expertly cater for your wedding, engagement, birthday or any other type of celebration party. Choose from a set menu or I will be happy to create a bespoke menu to your own tastes. Speciality and themed catering can be provided, also we have a range of hot menus & outdoor catering such as BBQ's & Jacket potatoes.
