Our Litigation department recognises that litigation is, more often than not, the means of last resort. We understand that the decision to divorce or separate is never easy or one that is taken lightly. We have a proactive team of experienced and extremely knowledgeable solicitors who will work hard.
Our Property Department combines a thorough knowledge of the law with realisation of the importance. During the next few days whilst the office is undergoing some work, if you are unable to access the premises, please call +44 (0) 7930 397 125 and we will arrange an alternative meeting. In response to government guidelines, we have now resumed working from the Sydenham office.

Through their determination to prevent the injustice of organisational abuse, RSO were able to expose the incompetence and corruptions of an organisation seeking to discredit me so they wouldn't have to face up to their failures to safeguard me as a tenant. My housing association sought to make me another sad statistic, but through

I 63 years old, disabled, mostly housebound. I have had antisocial behaviour case with a neighbour for 12 months. My housing association done nothing, pure maladministration by housing !! My case was given to a trainee solicitor, she only works 3 days a week. The emails sent to me are more like debit recovery letters/emails. Full on attitude from staff, cant be brothered to talk to you because your not a paying customer! Poor value, poor quality and unprofessional!! Company thinks money, money money!!!! I am on legal aid but was quoted private fees if I want to take action against my housing association
