I was totally disappointed, UCNS called me for Interview but keep discussing how my last company run their business. They keep pressing me to tell how the company make money. Interview was just a mockery & this process is adopted with everyone. UCNS do support desk top jobs only & no networking. The purpose to give job add is just to meet people & grab business tips you know from previos companies. Its purely a wastage of time if you are called for any interview.
