Services
TS Engineers have a range of guardrails to provide protection whilst inspecting or working at height on excavators. Our heavy duty range are designed to be compliant with ISO2867:2011 (Earth-moving machinery - Access systems), with the exception of foot barriers (can be included, if required).
These guardrails have been designed to withstand the toughest environments - the guardrails are fully isolated from the machine in order to prevent fatigue due to vibration.We also have a range of light duty guardrails which are suitable for lighter duty or smaller machines. Compliant with the ISO standard, we also stress test our guardrails to ensure that they will be able to withstand the environment in which they will be working.

To ensure the correct safe three points of contact whilst accessing these machines we also provide manual and hydraulic access systems. We have three types of access systems; hydraulic ladder, manual ladder and hydraulic stairway. Our access systems are designed to European Standard EN ISO 2867:2011 and are stress tested in-house using our FEA system to ensure compliance.
