Continually developing myself as a therapist since 2001, I offer KORE Therapy to treat pain, injuries and illness. In the workplace I offer 20 minute seated acupressure sessions, which can help employees feel enlivened, alert and focussed - as well as valued and positive. A health investment which can lead to higher productivity and less absence due to illness. Having a massage is an opportunity to take stock of any areas of tightness and congestion in the body and to understand their cause. It can also make the link between spinal, pelvic and cranial alignment and a well functioning body and mind. Injuries do not exist in isolation: chronic injuries often develop a complex layering of referred pain and adaptation patterns.
Incorporates (clothed) Tuina massage which balances the spine and pelvis to release inflammation and clear pain. Proven effective in treating sports injuries, immune system problems leading to asthma, colds, fatigue etc, joint problems, IBS, Crohns, migraines, back pain and more. Treatment often leads to immediate muscle strength, increased gait efficiency and faster recovery from injury.
An uplifting and relaxing on-site seated acupressure massage that can deliver benefits in the space of a coffee break. This is a clothed, 20-minute massage that can take place almost anywhere - even outdoors in the right weather conditions! I am Touch Pro trained. The sequence I use is based on Amna, a 1,300 year-old traditional Japanese table massage.
