Services
Park Homes have been providing care and the very best and homely accommodation since 1996 allowing older people to enjoy a happy and fulfilled life. Those who felt isolated in their own home gain companionship; those who were struggling to cope alone receive 24-hour help; and others who may have felt like they were a burden can find themselves much more independent.
Each of our home employs a dedicated Activity Co-ordinator. A weekly schedule is published so that residents can plan in advance what they would like to take part in. The activities reflect the needs and abilities of the residents and include day trips in our specially adapted shuttle bus. Participation is purely voluntary and on occasions a one to one session can be arranged where a resident would prefer it.
We recommend the following 5 Steps to make your transition into care as smooth and seamless as possible. Research the care available in your area, shortlist a few homes to visit and write a list of questions you want to ask (you can find one in our brochure). Our Priceless Care page offers you all the contacts you need to help you do this, your social worker can also help you with information if needed.
