Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) is a finance product that allows you the opportunity to buy a new or a used car. It is similar to a Hire Purchase agreement as you will usually pay an initial deposit, followed by monthly instalments over a term typically between 18 to 48 months.

Very poor experience. Waited a good few days for car to be delivered. Delivered very damaged, so I refused to accept the car. Paid for insurance / Tax / Car upfront .
Offered no compensation, meant I had to get taxis for another week whilst I tried to find a new car. Accepted no responsibility, just said it must be the transport companies fault.
Only thing they covered was car insurance cancellation fee. Not apologetic. Very unprofessional. I told them I was waiting up after a night shift, really poor experience. Do not recommend. No follow up from them, no offer to try and find alternative car

I was disappointed overall in my experience at this garage. My neighbour had a bad aftersales experience when she bought a Vauxhall here but now they have a VW franchise I thought I’d try them for servicing my Golf. I prefer to support local businesses if I can. David on the front desk was very helpful on booking in. My car is a year old and the wipers have always made a noise, the car has been used very little they were not worn or damaged possibly just needed adjustment but they wanted to charge £50 for replacement wiper blades, as they are so new I’d prefer to see if there is another solution

Booked car in for MOT and service advised them I wanted an early morning slot .arranged 9.00am appointment
Dropped car off at 08.50 am I was advised it would take about 3 hours . Had a walk into Morpeth whilst walking back to pick up car 12.00 received text informing car not ready until 14.30 walked around Morpeth some more !!!
Walked back up hill again car wasn’t finished. Moral of the story don’t try a new dealer stick with LOOKERS

This is a family run dealership worthy of 5 stars, myself, family & good friends have had years of 1st class service from a really nice bunch of people who make the whole experience of buying and running a car actually quite nice, yes you can buy new obviously but there is a large choice of used cars from small low cost city cars & the newest SUV's to the most advanced family saloons on the market today. This is a nice place to do business with from start to finish and everything inbetween, it is definitely worth a look to get a fair deal now and in the future on personal or motability basis.
