We wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to the carpet fitters that came to our home on Thursday 16th December 2021. Their job/task was made even harder b/c we had contractors working on the inside and outside of our home all day.
We are extremely impressed with ALL the work completed by your team and the end-result has complimented our new bedroom furniture very well. The team came at short notice and as mentioned above, had some obstacles to contend with.

I would highly recommend the team at Carpet Trader (Bicester) Limited. I arranged for Derek to visit to do me a quote for my Kitchen and ensuite.
I then went into the shop to collect some samples and Derek suggested what he thought would go well in my kitchen, which was what we went for.
The fitters Alex and Craig turned up on time and were professional and friendly and got the job done with no issues. I am really pleased with the results both rooms look great. I would happily use them again.

Found the carpet we wanted, extremely helpful shop staff who booked us in. Paid a deposit (50% up front), and the carpet was with us around 3-4 weeks later. The fitting staff were efficient and did a great job. Paid the final instalment after final fitting. Can highly recommend!! Would definitely use Carpet Trader Bicester again.

This is a reliable and friendly firm to deal with. From our initial discussions and subsequent home survey and quotation, through to the finished installation of the flooring, we were impressed. The team sent to undertake work in our home were very professional and personable. Their work was excellent and we are extremely pleased with the finished look. Carpet Trader came to measure up and were great! They kept socially distant and masked up, and even said hello to our dogs to keep them quiet. When it came to the installation, the two lads who did it were very efficient and we now have an amazing stair and landing carpet. I can thoroughly recommend Carpet Trader for your flooring needs.
