We recognise that healthcare is a necessity, not a luxury. We therefore provide a service that is; fairly priced, upfront about costs, with a simple pricing structure, works with insurance providers, private healthcare schemes and never promotes unnecessary products or ongoing treatment. We are also happy to offer one-off advice sessions where necessary.
Massage is the general term given to describe a discipline aimed at meeting the needs and goals of the individual client using a therapeutic approach to soft tissue manipulation. Techniques employed can range from superficial to deep tissue massage, stretching, dermal lifting, vibrations and compressions.
Our shop offers; home exercise and yoga equipment, mindfulness and meditation supplies, natural remedies, informative books and literature, as well as comfortable and flattering exercise clothing in a full range of sizes.
