We have just had 9 windows and a front door fitted by Bill Butters. Everything from the initial appointment to the fitting was done on time and professionally. We are extremely pleased with the product and nothing was too much trouble. Our fitter, Dave, was very professional and knowledgeable and is an asset to their company. I would recommend this company to anyone considering replacement windows etc at the moment.

Awful customer service. Clearly don't value customers. They couldn't be bothered to quote for R9 windows or aluminium, despite detailed details being supplied. Fobbed off after first chase saying office manager away, fobbed off at second chase a couple of weeks later saying with sales manager. Didn't get back to me after third chase. Appalling customer service. I can't speak for the quality of their workmanship as I never got that far - nor do I want to.

3 x replacement windows for flat in Parkstone. Having researched providers and installers in my area, I chose Bill Butters after seeing the work they put into manufacturing their own windows and doors.
Even when requesting a quote they came back to me with sensible questions I hadn't even thought of, so thumbs up for the extra effort in getting just what I needed. The team who put them in were really respectful of the property, keeping everything clean and tidy.
I can't recommend them highly enough - great job :)
