Worst flowers ever!!!!.... i spent £72 on a bouquet that arrived with flowers squashed and brown and only lasted 3 days.... they looked so lovely online but nothing like it when they were delivered. when they came out of the box 4 of the roses heads fell off. it was very embarrassing having to apologise over the phone! when i contacted the boss 'will' on the phone he said he would check the photos i sent via email...i had to keep contacting them over and over!! and was eventually offered either £10 or 10% off my next order... thank god i had paid by paypal...as through them i received
