Disgraceful bad language from the owner today, after complaining about the acute lack of communication regarding our broken dishwasher. After three visits by their engineer we received just one telephone call (and that was from the engineer himself) advising about what was actually going on! I’m not the first to complain about this aspect of the business.
I have reported the rude owner, Claire, to the trading standards department and knaresborough chamber of trade. I will NOT tolerate being sworn at with four letter words when making a reasonable complaint! Shame on you claire!! If you think
