At the age of 17, David entered the corporate world with NatWest Bank after giving up his lucrative part-time roles as paperboy, pot washer and milk delivery assistant! He spent 16 years with NatWest covering a wide variety of roles, including advising and arranging mortgages and insurance.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough, Evan has been brilliant through the whole process. Nothing was too much for him , quick responses, advices about everything you need. As a first time buyer I had lots of questions (some probably a bit daft) but he found time to answer and explain me everything.

David Rolleston and MAB Ltd offer what has to be the highest level of service, professionalism and care that I have ever experienced dealing with any professional. I cannot recommend Evan Grosshans at the Mortgage Advice Brokerage enough. I found him extremely approachable and very diligent. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of the marketplace and a unique insight given his previous job experience. All my queries were answered in a timely fashion and I had complete confidence in his ability to recommend the most suitable deals for me. He was very familiar with my line of work and the challenges it can sometimes present when applying for mortgages. I will definitely be using him again when the time comes.

Evan really helped us with our most recent mortgage! We were constantly throwing curve balls at him, salaries in Euros paid into digital banks, didn't want to sell before buying, quitting jobs mid application! He was so helpful and professional and really worked to find us the best deal and made sure we understand what our options were at all times. We never felt any pressure to take one particular product but felt comfortable that his advice was in our best interests. Would absolutely go back for any future mortgage requirements.
