Clara Mann has had over 35 years experience of being a hairdresser and colour consultant and is accredited as a Wella Professionals Master Colour Expert. She has extensive salon experience and has worked internationally and in London, Surrey and Somerset. Clara has also 4 years experience in teaching her hair and colour skills and knowledge at the West Somerset Community College.

Shocking rant from Clara the owner when l was delayed for 15 mins after cycling here. Shouting red faced at me that l "was half an hour late"! And "You've just cost me 120 pounds!"..embarrassing and unnecessary treatment toward a customer who last time they visited paid over the originally quoted price!.Clara needs to calm down and control her temper. After feeling traumatized by her massive over reaction l said l would not be back. To which she shouted "GOOD"! ...Needless to say..avoid annoying this person!
