I hired Stuart to paint my flat, paint the kitchen cupboards and apply sealant in the balcony frame. I've made a payment for the materials on the 12th of Jan. He started the work on the 13th of Jan. The first three days were fine, there was progress, and I've made a second payment on the 15th of Jan. We met on the 17th of Jan, and he said that he's going to be done by the next day. I've decided to pay the full amount at that point. The 18th informed me that there was an unfortunate personal issue that I respected and didn't put pressure on. The 19th of Jan came back and did some minor things and

First class painting and decorating every time.. Jon has decorated our home for the past fifteen years. We get a room restyled and decorated each year.
