We ask residents in the UK to donate their used clothes to help raise funds for each charity using our collection bags. USELESS. I had a bag put through my door in Lydney. I duly filled and added another clearly labelled. Put outside as requested by 8am on given day. At 4pm when if started to get dark I moved bags to front garden wall to make sure they could be seen as collections onto 6pm. Bag not collected. Overnight it rained. Rang them before morning 11.30 promised me a call back. 4 hours later no call back rang again. Were unable to help they vlisecat 3pm STILL AWAITING COLLECTION DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT!
