Having chosen Paul Pender & Son; after some considerable searching, and having never dealt with a bereavement before, we found the entire process made easier.
From the very first phone call through to the day of my late father's funeral, we found everyone to be extremely professional, and at the same time warm, caring and dedicated. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen to organise, we didn't have a straight forward service; opting for both a church service and committal at a crematorium afterwards, and yet Karen was not phased by any of our requests.

Outstanding service from a professional and yet very down to earth team of people.
