Got a couple of skips from One Waste when we moved into our new house & finally got around to clearing out our garden. The team in the office were really helpful and polite as I honestly had no idea where to even begin. Everything happened as they told me and and even the drivers were very attentive when it came to actually dropping and swapping the skips as we have a bit of a tricky drive and bushes to navigate. Overall great service and price!

Been using OneWaste for a few years now, people tend to complain only ever when things go wrong, but John and the whole team are always so reliable, considerate, do all they can to help out in sticky situations, allow extra time where possible and never give any issues. Just wanted to take out out some time and say Thank You! Skip hire can always be a mixed bag with companies but you guys always deliver. I do tend to take my time writing reviews as i am very fussy and do not give compliments easily, you have stood the test of time and worthy of 5 stars all day, every day.

They were meant to deliver a skip and after calling a 2nd time they then tell me at 16.25 that they are not delivering today as 2 men are off sick. No one called me to tell me when I have waited all day for it and I am the one doing the chasing. Was initially quoted £250 for the skip but then it turns out its £250 plus vat.

I needed a skip as I'm moving house, a skip nothing else a simple 4 yard skip. I ask for a quote online over the Easter weekend. I received a call Monday from a manager. I asked for a 4 yard skip for Wednesday morning pickup Thursday evening. I was quoted a price for the agreed time.was told I would be called on Tuesday morning to take payment. No one called I had to chase them up ,I paid and agreed a delivery time. The next day an hour after the agreed time I called. There was no time set I spoke to the same person again and it was terrible they did not know when it was coming and had no idea

I've been using One Waste for a number of years now, would have to say their service is excellent!
Their skips are always delivered/exchanged on the days agreed, they have a very professional office set up & are a pleasure to work with. More than happy to personally recommend these guys - keep up the great work!
