CAS Contract Cleaning Ltd is a professional cleaning business established in 1990. The company has steadily grown and developed by offering a quality service, delivering contracts on time within budget and to our customer's satisfaction. The company's main objective is client retention and employs over 100 staff.

CAS Contract Cleaning Ltd is a professional cleaning business which has steadily grown and developed by offering a quality service and delivering contracts on time within budget. Quality control is very important and we aim to inspect 70% of properties on a monthly basis. To maintain the highest standard of service our Quality Control Manager randomly select properties to answer a quality control questionnaire.
As stated in our introduction, client retention is our primary focus. We have worked in partnership with marquee Housing Associations in the Glasgow area going back almost 30 years. We have an enviable list of Private Factor and management companies and have worked alongside them for many years and our aim is to always deliver the service they expect.
Quality control is our prime focus. To retain and expand our client base, we are very aware that services must be delivered to a high standard. All work undertaken by CAS Contract Cleaning is monitored by a member of our supervisory/ management team. Within our communal stair cleaning programme we operate an in house quality control system.
CAS Contract Cleaning place great emphasis on ensuring a safe working environment for its employees and the general public. We work in partnership with Alastair White Associates who act as our Health & Safety consultants. Our Health & Safety Policy and COSHH Risk Assessments are prepared by Alastair White to meet the specific needs of our business.
At CAS high emphasis is placed on maintaining a good working relationship with our employees. Working in partnership with Alastair White Associates, we ensure that every precaution is taken to provide a safe working environment for all staff. All new recruits are given training in Health & Safety issues and on site training relating to their duties.

This company did a fantastic job at my flat. Needed cleaned for selling and I could not fault the service. The workers were very polite too. Had some bits of furniture needing taken away too and they provided an uplift of this too. Was happy with the cost as the service was so good. Would definitely recommend.

Lazy company, only ever half clean my close. Its a quick over, job done mentality with this company. Takes 5 bosses to run a shambles.
